Fees for language courses, documentation, and other services are applicable as per our official fee structure
Paid fees are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing by the authority of Modern Education Center
5. Part-Time Job
Assistance in Japan
Modern Education Center provides guidance and information regarding part-time job opportunities in Japan. However:
Job availability depends on the student’s language skills, effort, and local market conditions
We do not guarantee job placement or employment
6. Intellectual Property
Language Course OutcomeLanguage learning outcomes depend on the student’s attendance, practice, dedication, and effort. Modern Education Center does not guarantee any specific language level, test score, or proficiency result.
7. Third-Party Institutions
Modern Education Center is not responsible for decisions, rules, policy changes, or actions taken by Japanese language schools, colleges, universities, employers, or any third-party institutions.
